- NAME
update-cluster-add - adds a node to the cluster database
- SYNOPSIS
update-cluster-add [options] ... - DESCRIPTION
update-cluster-add adds an information for one machine to the machine list database.
- OPTIONS
- --ip [ IP address ]
- Specifies the IP address of the added node.
- --mac [ MAC address ]
- Specifies the MAC address of the added node.
- --hostname [ hostname ]
- Specifies the hostname of the added node.
- --bootmaster [ bootmaster IP ]
- Specifies the IP of the bootmaster of this node.
- --notes [ master ]
- Adds a note for the added node,
use
--notes master to specify that this node is the master node.
- --nfsroot [ nfsroot ]
- Specifies the NFS root directory for this system.
- --clusterxml [ clusterxml ]
- Specifies the cluster.xml file to use instead of default.
- EXAMPLES
- update-cluster-add --ip 192.168.1.1 -mac ab:cd:ef:11:22:33 --hostname beonode
- Adds one node to the cluster database.
- FILES
- "/etc//update-cluster/cluster.xml"
- The information of the new node is added to this file.
- "/usr/share/update-cluster/cluster.dtd"
- The DTD for the xml database.
